Version IT has a total fee system made up of the Registration Fee and the Course Fee.
- The registration fee of 5000 is not refundable under any conditions.
- Refunds cannot be made after 2days or 3 hours when a course has begun, whichever is earlier.
- Refunds in case of the cancellation of batches by Version IT shall be made on a pro rata basis.
- Where there is an approved refund, no taxes will be refunded.
- In case of a student seeking a refund prior to the commencement of the course or class, all the fees with the exception of the Registration Fee will be refunded, including the PDCs (Post-Dated Cheques) that were sent.
- Up to 15 working days after the approved request date is the time of refund processing.
- In case a student decides to abandon the course or fails to accomplish the course for personal or any other reasons, the student will not receive a refund.
- In the case of admissions through the partner platforms, the refunds will be according to the policy of that partner platform.
