A. Admission & Fee Policies
- Enrolment in any course offered at Version IT is only confirmed by a complete payment of the course fee or at least half the total course fee as the first installment on the admission date.
- The fees will be paid through cash, online transfer, UPI/e-wallet, or DD/Cheque which is payable to Version IT.
- Installments due dates should be strictly followed by students. There is a 12% interest on the amount outstanding on late payments and 100 penalty per day.
- In case a student is late in making installments, he/she can be barred to attend classes until the dues are paid.
- In order to be admitted, students are required to provide valid ID evidence, address evidence and one current passport-size photograph.
- Version IT is allowed to accept any admission or reject it according to internal assessment.
- In case study material is lost or misplaced, the duplicate material can be provided at extra cost.
- Any increase or decrease in government taxes after the admission will be incurred to the student as of the date of the implementation.
- In case of the name of a student being deleted because of default of fees in more than 3 weeks, re-admission will only be granted on payment of dues and an amount of 5000 re-admission fee.
- Students are allowed to request a batch change at a 5,000 transfer fee charge depending on the availability of seats.
- Version IT may change the structure of the program, schedules, venue, trainers, or classes schedule without prior notice. The decisions made by the management will be final
- The students who are indisciplined or troublesome may be thrown out by the trainers or the management. In such instances, no refund will be made.
- Registration fee is nonrefundable at any time and once registered, they will not be expected to be adjusted or refunded.
- In case of a student or his/her guardian misbehaving with the staff, he or she might be expelled out of the institute without refund.
- Under natural disaster or events beyond control ( e.g. fire, flood, earthquakes, electrical problems), version IT is not liable in any way.
- The course materials should be confidential to the students. Bootlegging, distributing, reproducing, or reselling course materials is also very much forbidden and might lead to disenrollment and legal proceedings.
- Hyderabad courts have the exclusive jurisdiction of all cases in lawsuits.
B. Batch Cancellation
- Version IT will have the right to cancel any course batch when the course has low enrolment. The students will be provided with the opportunity to:
- Reschedule to some future batch, or
- No refund of the registration fee (according to the policy of refunds).
- In case of cancellation of a batch, Version IT does not bear any personal costs.
C. Discipline and Behavioral Policies
- Learners have to avoid carrying along valuables to the campus. Loss and damage do not lie under the institute.
- Students are required to be disciplined and they should not disrupt the teaching, administration and institute activities.
- Colleges will punish or suspend destruction or misuse of its building, equipment, or facilities.
- Students must make sure that they respect one another.
- During classes, it is forbidden to eat and drink.
- Cell phones should be kept low profile. Devices can be temporarily taken by staff in case of improper use.
- Guidelines may be violated resulting in penalties, fines or registration cancellation.
D. Disclaimer
- Version IT will make an effort to provide training in a professional and timely manner but the duration of the course can vary depending on the learning pace of the students, holiday or any other unpredictable circumstances.
- The management can change trainers without prior notice.
- Infant reluctance Version IT does not ensure continuous access to online content and should not be held liable in terms of loss of data, downtimes and malfunctions.
- The price to take a course can vary depending on the operation conditions or market conditions, the price at which the course is taken will not be altered once the student is enrolled.
- Version IT also has the right to change the course curriculum, reorganize programs, combine batches or to change the format of delivery, as the need arises.
E. Placement Assistance
- Version IT does not guarantee placement, it merely offers placement assistance.
- The positioning is determined by performance of the student, attendance, practicality, and readiness to interview.
- Version IT does not ensure that a student cannot get a job because they have personal reasons, professional background or lack of skill execution.
F. Certification
Only in case of a 90-percent attendance and required assignments or assessment, students will be given a Certificate of Completion.
